Responsibilities

• Utilize AI platforms like ChatGPT for content creation.
• Discover and implement further AI tools that enhance content engagement.
• Support various platforms as required (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and more).
• Identify and address the primary challenges in content virality.
• Develop content strategies for multiple projects in the Bitcoin mining and Web3 space.
• Create detailed AI content briefs and workflows for automated content generation.
• Train and fine-tune AI tools to improve content quality and performance.
• Monitor platform trends and analytics to iterate and optimize viral content strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Lead experiments to test different formats, styles, and results across platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendars optimized for virality and growth.

Competency Requirements Must-Have:

• Proven experience in using AI tools for content creation (2 years)
• Proven track record of creating multiple viral videos or content series.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation (video, voice, visuals, etc.).
• Experience working in or around Web3, digital assets, or Bitcoin-related industries.
• Experience with short-form content platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Bonus: Experience managing creator/influencer accounts or brand pages.
